1.The carbonater drink production line includes from water treatment to packing etc.
2.Whole line Carbonater drink production line has water treatment and drink mixer, CO2 steel, balanced pressure
3-in-1 machine (balanced pressure filling machine), labeling machine and packing machine.
3.Water treatment has multimiduim filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, and precision filter, reverse
osmosis filter and UV sterilizer.
4.Centre filling valves used which are designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during HOT
filling.
5.Inbuilt CIP arrangement provided on the machine for fill tank and fill valve sanitation.
6.Automatic PLC controlled valve washing cycle before commencement of every production cycle for overall
hygiene. Unique filling cam designs which prevents filling up to the bottle collar without spillage.
7.Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP.
